Job Summary

 

 

The High Performance department’s mission is to maximize performance across all sport development programs at U.S. Soccer. Working with the High Performance Director and Sports Science Manager contributes to the development and delivery of world-class performance support to the Youth National Teams (YNT’s).
 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Strong knowledge of soccer

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • Minimum of 4 years of practical performance experience within elite sport

  • Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the year

  • Able and willing to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and Power BI

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication combined with a professional demeanor
