Lights Fan Development Team

The Las Vegas Lights are excited to announce the expansion of our sales and service team. This position will report directly to the Director of Ticket Sales and Service. In the role of a Lights Fan Development Specialist, you will be the talking with Lights FC fans on a daily basis. The Lights Fan Development Specialist needs to be comfortable making outbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, and attending community events. This is a part time position . working up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

- Contact local sales opportunities for all Lights FC Ticket Packages

- Set appointments with local businesses for The Lights FC Account Executives

- Prospect New Business opportunities for the Lights FC

- Provide customer service for all existing clients

- Close sales over the phone

- Be available during Lights FC game days to work Sales Table and interact with fans

- Achieve daily call minimums

- Comfortable using CRM & Ticket System

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
