Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY
Help create and design a marketing plan for a start-up professional franchise that will uniquely brand the franchise in a highly competitive market. 
This plan shall include all formats with a strong emphasis on creating exciting social media opportunities, a vigorous website and bold marketing tactics. 

• Establish strong media relationships with local and national media.
• Responsible for developing strategic marketing plans and programs and overseeing the execution of such plans to drive revenue goals and strengthen brand position.
• Design and execute club print materials including Matchday programs.
• Responsible for updating website, social media sites and all posting.
• Strong graphic design skills are essential.
• Create Club Newsletter.
• Work in partnership with the ticket sales team to maximize revenue generating opportunities that supports ticket and partnership renewals, new sales, group sales and retention programs.
• Schedule and execute community relations appearances on behalf of the organization.
• Effectively manage marketing budget.
• Plan year-round communication strategies to elevate top of mind awareness.
• Write and distribute press releases and effectively pitch storylines. 
• Serve as the primary interface with media.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS
  Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in a related field.
  Minimum three (3) years full-time experience in a Marketing position.
  Ability to develop, execute and measure a clear and concise marketing plan.
  Thorough knowledge of social media platform. 
  Outstanding graphic design skills essential.
  Knowledge of relationship marketing platforms and measurement tools.
  Excellent editorial and analytical skills; must be to prepare and effectively communicate performance metrics.
