Job Summary

OB DESCRIPTION 

The Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating ticket sales to companies, organizations, and individuals for all games, primarily group sales and season ticket packages. The Senior Sales Consultant will build a solid client base, develop new revenue opportunities, and maintain client communication throughout the season. 

POSITION SUMMARY

 1. Sell season, individual game day and special event packages

   a. Familiarity with soccer industry market preferred 

2. Collaborate with sales, ticketing, marketing and other teams to develop revenue projections and sales strategies to successfully meet sales goals

3. Research, prospect and establish leads for future clients    

 a. Maintain daily activity levels of roughly 75-100 activities; consisting of outbound calls, face-to-face meetings and email communication

4. Manage the sales process from start to finish (create proposals and draft/negotiate contracts) 

5. Work necessary event days and special events to maintain client relationships

6. Support other departments and ensure company vision and objectives are met 
 

QUALIFICATIONS 
1. Bachelor’s Degree

 2. Minimum 3-5 years of inbound/outbound sales experience; group sales experience highly preferred

3. Self-motivated team player with a proven ability to work with aggressive individual and team sales goals

4. Superior knowledge regarding the practices and principles related to group sales in sports

5. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers
