Job Description

• Assist and provide support to the Premium Partnerships Department.
• Should be motivated and comfortable interacting with guests and clients.
• Assisting the Premium Account Managers on various daily tasks.
• Organize and maintain part time staff uniforms and materials.
• Assist with game and event night responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Work under pressure and meet deadlines while balancing multiple tasks at once.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Available to work all games and events, including holidays.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enjoy working with people in a customer service environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle various projects at once.
• Pproficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Enrolled in a college or university.
