Job Summary

Job Summary: The Vice President of Partnership Development will be responsible for leading the Partnership Development team in generating revenue through partnerships Sports & Entertainment. This position, with support from Senior leadership, will achieve individual revenue goals; as well as, enable team revenue goals achievement through coaching and development. Additionally, this position will build and utilize sales tools, reporting and measurement mechanisms. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Leading the team in exploring and closing long term partners at local, regional, and national levels
• Driving strategic partnership revenue growth over all properties
• Developing a sales team through coaching, training, supervision, and sales tools
• Incorporating analytics and measurement analysis into prospecting and sales strategy
• Building and presenting dynamic sales presentations for pitching business
• Identifying strategic processes for prospecting and closing business
• Following national and international business trends and transforming information into sales opportunities
• Ensuring accuracy of all financial sales forecasts, and reporting daily, weekly and annually for the department
• Maintaining an annual budget around sales expenses
• Continuing to identify new assets and evolve current assets' rate card values annually
• Driving partnership revenue through team digital assets across web, mobile and social media

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Corporate sales in sports or related field
