Job Summary

The position will be helping the head coach for Strength and Conditioning with all the areas of training.

Duties

• Ensuring that all equipment is organized for utmost functionality
• Assists in developing, designing and executing of weight training programs
• Ensuring NCAA and institutional rules compliance
• Supervising and scheduling of designated duties
• Serving as liaison to nutritionist with proper eating and weight management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a year of relevant experience or combination
• Can get CSCCA certificate within a year of employment
• NCAA rules background
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
