Job Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking qualified individuals to join the Community Relations/Charitable Foundation Department as Interns. The ideal candidates must be able to receive college credit for a semester-long internship experience working at least 35 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assisting in the coordination and implementation of Charitable Foundation and Community Relations Department programs and events 
• Aiding in overall strategic planning and marketing for the Charitable Foundation 
• Planning, coordinating and promoting multiple high-profile events
• Hiring and training game day staff with the possibility of managing the program on game day
• Managing all event silent auctions including strategy, marketing and promotion
• Designing new communication strategies including but not limited to the Foundation’s social media presence (Twitter and Instagram)
• Supporting the Development team in the execution of Foundation sponsorship contracts including print advertising, special events, hospitality and in-game promotion

Qualifications: 

• Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student
• Must receive college credit in order to qualify for this internship
