Job Summary

The position will be in charge of leading the staff to World Class excellence at entry level.

Duties

• Directing and coordinating of the personnel and daily activities
• Performing pre-shift meeting for team building/training
• Ensure that the staff maintain high morale and positive work environment
• Performing performance appraisals
• Developing technique for work method simplification
• Investigating, recording and reporting all incidents, safety violations
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience
• 3 years of sports and entertainment industry
• Strong skills in communications/MS suite applications
• Can work in varying work shifts
