Job Summary

Job Summary:  The Manager of Finance primarily manages activities in the treasury to include bank relationship management, bank account setup, cash flow management (long and short term), and daily cash management (deposits and payments, sweeps and funding).  In addition they will assist with physical cash management, policies, and processing during events and games.   Working with the Manager of Corporate Finance, the Manager of Finance will coordinate all phases of the planning cycle.  

Job Responsibilties: 

• Maintaining treasury policies/ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
• Managing banking relationships and overseeing bank account compliance with regulatory requirements for treasury activity
• Pursuing merchant account relationships
• Liaising with finance, accounting, legal, and tax to ensure best practices are met
• Managing letters of credit/bank guarantees and the DnB account
• Preparing the weekly consolidated forecast
• Conducting ad hoc analyses
• Coordinating internally to gather and validate operations forecasts
• Analyzing historical results to produce accurate financial projections
• Researching, analyzing and refining the methods and tools used in the annual budgeting process

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics or finance
• 5-7 years of experience in progressive treasury, cash management or banking experience 
• Microsoft Skills:  Solid experience in standard Microsoft products with advanced skills in Excel
  Other Software Skills:  Microsoft GP, Online banking systems (Administrator), KYRIBA

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Fluent in Spanish or French
