Job Summary

Job Summary: Effectively execute the safe and professional setup, service and breakdown of catered events held at the Arena.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Communicating effectively with guests, all levels of management and co-workers
• Comprehending Banquet Event Order instructions to accurately setup, service and breakdown
• Maintaining the proper care of equipment and food items
• Workng with the Culinary Team to service food and beverage for banquet events adhering to health codes and policies
• Creating a pleasing atmosphere for clients and their guests; assist clients with event day needs
• Completing routine and special tasks as related to the Food and Beverage Department Experience

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in a service role in a restauraunt or catering enviornment
