Job Summary

Job Summary: The Ticket Operations Internship will allow students to gain expereince with various box office tasks. We are looking for someone ready to learn and looking for hands on experience!

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing ticket orders on a daily basis
• Assisting the box office on game nights
• Maintaining/organizing files, data entry, copying, filing, faxing, and mailing
• Providing customer service to patrons on game nights and normal box office hours
• Generating reports as needed by the Ticket Operations staff
• Acting as liaison between ticket operations and Fan Relations/Sales staff

Qualifications: 

• Strong computer skills
• Ticket software experience (ideally Ticketmaster, Archtics, or similar systems)
• Experience with box office finance responsibilities, supervision, ticket window sales, and ticket order processing skills
