Group Sales Manager

Job Summary

• Hire, train, motivate & prove accountability for all full-time and seasonal group sales representatives


• Manage of all hospitality, suites and group ticket inventory and calendars.


• Manage staffing and resources for all game day events 


• Develop and create various types of group ticket packages and group theme nights


• Manage strategic call campaigns, group ticket theme nights, sales contest & lead generation initiatives


• Manage day-to-day relationship with official club catering service to reach ultimate fan satisfaction


• Responsible for tracking & reporting sales on daily, weekly annual basis to accounting & senior leadership


• Communicate effectively & professionally with other departments to reach overall team goals


• Responsible for department budget & revenue forecasts 


• Provide excellent customer service to all clients


• Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Senior Leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, marketing & sports management)


• 3+ years of outbound ticket sales experience 


• 1+ year of management experience preferred, but not required


• Experience in SCORE CRM, Tickets.com is preferable 


• Experience in sales training programs


• Ability to interact externally with senior executives and internally with senior leadership


• Proficient in basic computer software programs (Outlook, Word & Excel)
