Job Summary

• Enhance the ballpark experience.
• Create new and innovative ways to enhance in-game entertainment and digital content by designing, creating and building video and motion graphic elements. 
• Possess a can-do attitude and self-starter.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends throughout the baseball season. 

• Support marketing team projects and video content in the market.
• Create unique and engaging content for fans on all social platforms.
• Attend ballpark or community events collecting video content .
• Plan, shoot, and edit wide variety of video features for in-game entertainment, outbound marketing, social media, website and sales presentations.
• Oversee live production of home games including staffing, equipment, and archiving footage.
• Assist in creating and writing scripts and in game entertainment
• Assist in video related improvements to the ballpark.
• Must be Expert in 3D motion graphics & animation.
• Assist in game presentation and production of events with heads shots & video content creation.
• Support sales team in sales collateral or mocks for presentations.
• Develop commercial spots for outbound marketing campaigns
• Graphic Design skills a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Audition, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Technical skills in both PC & MAC.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment and technologies.
• Creative and analytical thinker who can succeed in team environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter with passion for sports industry.
• Professional image and demeanor.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Bachelor’s degree
