Job Summary
The position will be overseeing the daily operations
Duties
- Serving as information center to the fans going to the facility
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help in all event tasks about race day operations
- Handling of all incoming sales/service calls
- Mall printing of camping passes daily/weekly
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Strong skills organizational/communications
- Basic skills in computer
- Team player
