Job Summary
The Opportunity
Will provide full spectrum HR support. This role will primarily focus on fostering positive relations among teams, monitoring trends, and proposing constructive solutions.
Responsibilities
Will provide full spectrum HR support. This role will primarily focus on fostering positive relations among teams, monitoring trends, and proposing constructive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a culture of positive employee and labor relations among the teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation to enable the assessments of trends.
- Work closely with HR Manager to propose solutions to address business challenges.
- Perform various HR administration duties as needed.
- Responsible for other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years Human Resources experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must have strong organizations skills and be detail oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required; training experience is preferred.
Ability to work well with co-workers and work a flexible schedule. Evenings and weekends required.
