Job Summary
GAME/EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Game/Event Night responsibilities: Yes
- Approximate number of events worked per year: 3-5
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support analytics for the business, including: predictive modeling, forecasting, customer profiling, segmentation, CRM, and other quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Perform data research and analysis necessary to generate the revenue improvements we can expect from full utilization of a more robust data-driven strategy
- Technical lead with the development of key reports, dashboards and analysis to be utilized in the daily management of the business
- Contribute to predictive/statistical modeling, data science, and visualizations while developing algorithms to maximize revenue and optimize overall business performance
- Design new and innovative analytical solutions to predict customer behaviors and recommend actions to drive desired outcomes
- Develops analysis for operational campaigns by building BI dashboards, which visualize fundamental performance indicators. Technical lead on development of business rules, metrics for BI
- Assists in the development of structured data storage to support the continuous function of the data warehouse and assures data is accurate and maintained in consistent formats
- Determines business information needs, identifies system requirements, KPIs, and methods for the data warehouse to assist with operational and strategic planning
- Analyzes, reviews, forecasts, and presents information for operational and business planning
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the science
- Minimum of two years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Expertise with SQL, Excel/PowerPoint, Tableau, data warehousing
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Archtics, Eloqua, R/Python, ETL a plus
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with their team and business partners
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written); excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills; excellent organization skills
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential matters and information
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, excellent planning skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and as part of a team, taking on tasks at all levels
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department
