Game Presentation Manager

Job Summary

• Manage the NBA Team Interactive Squad and Drumline including scheduling, payroll, staffing, and developing plans for tryouts, appearances, game days and other events


• Act as Game Day Floor Manager for all home games 


• Lead event staff, interns and part time staff on game days and outside events as needed


• Coordinate with all NBA Team and Center departments on all game day elements, including inventory, creation, planning, and execution of event elements


• Act as primary Contact for Marketing, Ticket Sales and Community Relations to book game presentation assets for outside events 


• Assist the Game Presentation Director with planning and executing all NBA Team home games and other outside team events as needed 


• Coordinate and execute on court activities during all NBA Team home games according to department guidelines and standards 


• Responsible for creating a consistent atmosphere for the NBA Team Game Experience


• Assist with the creation and implementation of team branding and marketing campaigns


• Manage inventory of promotional and sponsorship giveaways

• 3-5 years of experience in sports or large event operations, scripting, entertainment, or promotions


• Ability to successfully supervise up to 40 game night staff


• Fundamental knowledge of live entertainment


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office software


• Ability to communicate in a professional, courteous and timely manner with internal and external clients


• Ability to work a varied schedule to include events, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Broadcast, Communications or closely related field preferred.


• Basic knowledge or experience in video production.


• NBA Experience or experience in equivalent leagues 


• Comfortable in front of large crowds.
