Junior Developer - Salesforce

Job Summary

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Lead the testing and implementation of software development efforts, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation.
• Gather feedback from other teams in the company to gain a detailed understanding of business requirements and identify any gaps in the current system.
• Day to day development of query-based email triggers for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Development of AMPSCRIPT code
• Ability to understand, adapt, and create a UI/UX that compliments brand standards
• Write APEX code & SOQL query 
• Create and maintain technical portfolio of documentation.
• Visualforce/Lightning UI experience
• Assist the Customer Engagement team in designing new processes
• Communicate effectively with Customer Engagement team and necessary parties on all major projects.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to document with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical objectives. Must be very well organized and highly self-motivated.
