Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

The position will be attending to payroll administrative functions promptly and accurately.

Duties

Calculating and processing of commissions, taxable benefits, bonuses and others

• Preparing and processing of semi-monthly/multi-state payroll/special payments for 300+ employees
• Posting of payroll entries in general ledger
• Generating of labor reports
• Maintaining and reconciling of time off reports
• Managing all the aspects of W-2 generation and distribution
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of work related experience or combination of education and experience
• Database structures and associated reporting tools experience
• ADP ProBusiness application work experience
