Job Summary

The position will be in charge of directing and operating the retail merchandise and equipment service sales operations with the aim of exceeding the expectations for the needs in product/service.

Duties

Recruiting, training and motivating of staff
Servicing customer needs' related to Pro Shop sales/merchandise, restocking
Buying and maintaining all retail merchandise
Establishing and cultivating of long term vendor relations
Promoting the Solar4America Ice merchandise philosophy
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3 years of merchandise management experience
Good skills in connecting with people
Can walk/stand for long hours
