Job Summary

 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full cycle recruiting function that supports the recruiting strategy and goals of the company

  • Responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and increase the quantity, quality, and diversity of the candidate pool

  • Stay current with industry trends, source and attract applicants by using social media platforms, websites, college recruiting, career fairs and networking groups

  • Manages and implements on-boarding in ADP Workforcenow Recruitment Module

  • Manage phone screens or video interviewing, assess candidates and recommend candidates to hiring manager

  • Consults with managers to ensure offers of employment and/or relocation packages are in line with policies and compensation practices

  • Work closely with hiring managers in understanding their business needs, build trusting and positive relationships by providing recruiting expertise

  • Responsible for delivering a positive and efficient applicant experience by demonstrating effective communication skills and providing applicants with accurate and complete information

  • Develop and update job descriptions

  • Maintain all pertinent application and interview data

  • Close filled job postings on HRIS and job boards and follow up with declined applicants

  • Create and provide new manager training on recruiting process and interviewing skills

  • Provide backup support for HR Department as needed

  • Answer general questions regarding HR policies, procedures and events

  • Assist with other special projects and tasks as assigned

 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  • Ability to recruit for multiple positions at one time for multiple disciplines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems/HRIS systems preferably ADP

  • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures, including legal recruiting requirements

  • Knowledge of recruiting and HR employment laws and regulations

  • Effective recruiting, relationship management, time management and influencing skills

  • Internet/social media sourcing experience

  • Ability to comfortably and effectively interact with all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors

  • Intelligent, a self-starter, good communication (verbal and written) skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational and time-management skills in order to prioritize multiple competing tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
