Service Manager, Corporate Partnerships

Job Summary

• Service and fulfill sponsorship assets for assigned corporate partner accounts, ensuring 100% delivery of contractual obligations


• Establish and foster relationships with existing corporate partner accounts to execute client activation programs 


• Assist in the execution of in-game and off-premise sponsor promotions


• Manage department hospitality allotment


• Originate, send and track Playbooks and partner deliverables


• Participate in the planning and execution of the Business Alliance events


• Track customer information, activations and other client related information in company’s CRM system.


• Develop decks outlining marketing benefits delivered and key metrics for mid-season and end-of-season Business Review meetings


• Collaborate with Partnership Development Manager to deliver Corporate Partner Business Reviews for assigned accounts.


• Perform other tasks and projects as required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred


• 2-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Archtics experience preferred.


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience a plus


• Adept at client and account management


• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent time management and multitasking skills – remains calm under pressure


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills


• Ability to work both at high quality and at a fast pace


• Strong work ethic – collaborative team player who is proactive and driven, works well on a team or independently

• Excellent interpersonal skills; Must have be the ability to establish effective and cooperative interdepartmental relations as well as relations with sponsors and vendors 


• Ability to coordinate and juggle numerous priorities and projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing creative effectiveness


• This job will require availability to work shifts outside of SSE’s typical business hours. With advance notice, you may be scheduled to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
