Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service and fulfill sponsorship assets for assigned corporate partner accounts, ensuring 100% delivery of contractual obligations
- Establish and foster relationships with existing corporate partner accounts to execute client activation programs
- Assist in the execution of in-game and off-premise sponsor promotions
- Manage department hospitality allotment
- Originate, send and track Playbooks and partner deliverables
- Participate in the planning and execution of the Business Alliance events
- Track customer information, activations and other client related information in company’s CRM system.
- Develop decks outlining marketing benefits delivered and key metrics for mid-season and end-of-season Business Review meetings
- Collaborate with Partnership Development Manager to deliver Corporate Partner Business Reviews for assigned accounts.
- Perform other tasks and projects as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- 2-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Archtics experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience a plus
- Adept at client and account management
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills – remains calm under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to work both at high quality and at a fast pace
- Strong work ethic – collaborative team player who is proactive and driven, works well on a team or independently
- Passionate and motivated with a positive attitude – solutions oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Must have be the ability to establish effective and cooperative interdepartmental relations as well as relations with sponsors and vendors
- Ability to coordinate and juggle numerous priorities and projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing creative effectiveness
- This job will require availability to work shifts outside of SSE’s typical business hours. With advance notice, you may be scheduled to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
