Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping to lead the service department to manage all premium spaces of Park.

Duties

Recruiting, hiring, and developing premium client service manager on premium services
Leading the services team and implement global service benefits in line with suite leases, theater boxes, rentals
Driving of new benefits for premium spaces
Development of long and short term benefits for all products
Monitoring and developing of managers
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination or experience and education
Services and hospitality considerable knowledge
Premium services experience
NBA, NHL, MLS, NLL knowledge
MS CRM proficient
