Job Summary


 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Manage all radio inventory in terms of availability, fulfillment and reporting

  •  Coordinate all sales activities associated with radio inventory 

  • Serve as liaison to Radio Station Partner for all fulfillment, graphic, and hospitality needs 

  • Traffic radio spots to Radio Station Partner

  • Work with Radio Station Partner to fulfill Partner radio spot inventory including production of spots and script changes as necessary

  • Coordinate with Broadcast department all graphic and content needs for radio broadcast production.

  • Develop and present new inventory ideas regarding digital/social radio activation

  • Coordinate the Corporate Sales team and Marketing staff on all contractual obligations relating to in and out-of-arena programs to fulfill radio agreement obligations.

  • Troubleshoot challenges or issues that arise as it pertains to radio broadcast

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
 

  • Minimum of four (4) years of Corporate Partnership Radio, Sales and Activation experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sports Management preferred or equivalent experience required

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

  • Preferred Excellent computer experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple duties.

  •  Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients

  • Self motivated with ability to work well independently within a team and results oriented environment.

  • Committed to ensuring superior service

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working internal and external customer relationships.

 
WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Office environment 

  • Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions  

  • Evening, weekend, and holiday hours required
