Job Summary

The position will be helping the Tour Program with customer service tasks, tour facilitating, ticketing and supervision of tour guests.

Duties

• Meeting/greeting of the guests upon entry to the stadium
• Give assistance to all guests
• Checking of tickets
• Helping to evacuate during emergency crisis while ensuring to stay calm
• Monitoring of all public areas and ensure safety
• Keep the schedule of the tour
• Setting up for tours
• Other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Satisfactorily perform the above job functions
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous events experience preferred
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Must be proficient with MS Office
• Must be at least 18 years old
