Job Summary

The position entails the task of helping in various directives and initiatives that can enhance the effectiveness of the organization along with its performance.

Duties

• Developing and maintaining of strong connection with the management to ensure that the strategies of HR are well executed
• Give professional coaching to managers & employees about managing of performance, issues of employee relations
• Anticipating and addressing of labor related matters
• Performing investigations while preparing the required documents
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources preferred
• 3 years of experience in recruitment
• 3 years of experience in employee relations
• Strong skills in communications/interpersonal/computer
