Account Executive, Membership Sales

Job Summary

• This position will be focused on converting all Club and General deposits into seats for the New Arena at Seattle Center


• Focus on great customer service while walking new members through the sales process


• An intense focus on upselling current deposit holders into premium products within the new arena


• Generating referrals to add to our current waitlist


• Other duties as assigned

• Able to present sales opportunities in a live setting with corporate decision makers and individuals


• Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best


• Candidate should possess both the personal and communication skills to conduct face to face presentations


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, able to lead regular and effective sales meetings with staff


• Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks and able to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs


• Detail oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills


• Able to work non-traditional and flexible hours as needed, including holidays and weekends


• Demonstrated success writing and implementing ticket sales strategies and plans

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent


• Minimum of 1-2 years of prior sports sales/industry or equivalent sales experience is preferred


• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-level clients


• Professional verbal and written communication skills


• Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


• Previous working experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus


• Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
