Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

• Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level experience required. Prior experience in the security, event staffing, law enforcement and/or military experience preferred


• Demonstrated experience, or a desire to learn, multiple facets of Event Staffing. This includes working with large volumes of people (600+ part-time staff) and over 100,000 attendees at any given event


• Ability to perform job tasks in an extremely professional manner in a customer service driven industry


• Articulate and able to use good independent judgement and discretion with understanding the significance of notifying superiors and colleagues when appropriate


• Adaptability – Responds effectively to changes in situation or information

• You are bilingual in Spanish / English languages

• Your friends would label you as an Expert Communicator. You can clearly relay a concise message and can strike conversation with nearly anybody on any day regarding nearly anything


• Strategy is your middle name. You don’t settle for the black and white, you seek to identify the grey, understand it and use it to your advantage. ‘Difficult’ has never stopped you!
