Bar Back

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of maintaining and upkeeping of bar and restaurants that enable the other departments to stay focused on the guests.

Duties

• Ensuring to clear dirty plates at the bar
• Resetting of bar top as needed
• Floor sweeping
• Emptying of trash cans
• Ice products restocking
• Ensuring to clean and organize back dock area
• Ketchup removal
• Restroom checking
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• At least 19 years old
• Can maintain a wel groomed appearance
• Calm in hectic and fast aced environment
