Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting the Team President and leadership team with the goal of creating and maintaining efficient internal administration of overall business operations and special projects.

Duties

• Give full administrative support to Team President
• Handling general administrative tasks
• Booking of end to end travel arrangements
• Transcribing and distributing of weekly team meeting notes
• Handling of outgoing/incoming correspondence
• Coordinating and preparing of materials for meetings
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong skills communications
• 3 years of work experience as assistant that supports senior level executives
• With can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor
• Google Suite, MS office proficiency
• Can work on flexible hours
