Director of Finance

Job Summary

The position will be planning and directing all the facets of financial/accounting/purchasing and internal control functions for the venue.

What you will be doing:

• Supervising the Finance Department and Box Office employees
• Carry out supervisory tasks
• Overseeing the interview/hiring of employees
• Planning/assigning/directing of work
• Reviewing and preparing of event settlements
• Overseeing of box office/ticket sales receipts and reports
• Overseeing the accounting of food and beverage
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 5 years of public accounting and/or financial management experience
• Can work varying days/hours
• Strong supervisory skills
• Can pass credit and background check
