Job Summary

WESS is a crowd management / event services organization committed to security personnel in stadiums, arenas, convention centers and other event locations nationwide. 

We are seeking an energetic, driven Experienced Stadium Operations Leader who will support and drive operational excellence in the Company’s core strategies; manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of stadium operation activities including, but not limited to: administrative and operations planning and execution and client satisfaction. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership of security operations including vulnerability mitigation, incident response, and risk assessments.

  • Ensure all building security systems are operating as necessary during event and non-event periods. Security systems include but are not limited to: cameras and access control; all physical security equipment (magnetometers, hand-wands, bollards, etc.)

  • Develops and implements operations strategies that improve execution and provide additional value to customers in a cost-effective manner.  

  • Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers; seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Meets with customers on a regular basis to ensure that we are meeting their needs.

  • Supervises colleagues (Assistant Account Managers, Event Services Coordinators and Game Day Staff) in a manner that maintains morale, skills proficiency and productivity. Recruit and hire team members as necessary.

  • Maintain the proper image and generate positive public relations by resolving issues, concerns, and complaints pertaining to security during events

  • Research and analyze event information to provide staffing recommendations and estimates prior to events

  • Make immediate decisions and communicate with security staff in emergency situations

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

 
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of security experience at a professional sports venue, or within the military, or within local, state or national law enforcement

  • Experience managing other security professionals
