Fan Engagement and Loyalty Internship (Game Day Only)

Grasp the opportunity to become a Fan Engagement & Loyalty Game Day Intern that will allow you to understand the importance of how a professional sports organization works, further develop general critical thinking, problem solving, time management, communication, and writing skills.

Your main goal as Fan Engagement and Loyalty Intern will be providing excellent customer service and in-game fan activations and loyalty marketing activities.

Duties will include but are not limited to assisting with customer service and fan retention, managing and executing on-field activities with the goal to increase fan satisfaction,assisting with the assembly and maintenance of loyalty-related activations on game days,ensuring participant satisfaction, tracking and timely and accurate entry of fan data,assisting and developing special creative projects
To apply for the position you must currently be a student (undergraduate or graduate) who is able to receive college credit. You must have Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as advance experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
