Job Summary

• Assist in the development of marketing content to increase overall brand awareness of events
• Monitor digital platforms and provide reports that measure optimization of digital campaigns
• Support the Foundation & Community Development Department with the initiatives of the Foundation including donation fulfillment, inventory management, events and fundraisers
• Assist in creation, development and execution of promotions and programming
• Serve as brand ambassador at community events, fairs, and festivals
• Assist with game day promotions and on-ice experiences 
• Perform other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university and receive college credit for internship with our company
• Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Video Production, Sports Administration, or Sports Management majors are preferred 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Familiarity with marketing via various social media platforms and respective measurement tools 
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Bilingual candidate a plus

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and competing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills a must 
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player 
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include some nights, weekends and holidays based on event schedule

Schedule:

• Approximately 20-30 hours per week consisting of weekday office hours, evening and/or weekend games and community events/appearances
• Must be available to work all home games and any postseason games
