Job Summary
SUMMARY:
The Lead Team Member is responsible for the daily operations including, staff oversight and training while being actively involved in the preparation and execution of food and beverage items for guests. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead and inspire a team to fulfill the vision of the high quality operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute high service standards and exceed guest expectations daily by holding all employees accountable to adhering to company service, quality and cleanliness specification and food handling.
- Manage staff including training and coaching.
- Resolve guest conflict through service recovery and bring ideas to management when change is needed.
- Assist the team in maintaining and increasing productivity and monitoring inventory.
- Follow all safe cash handling policies and procedures. Responsible for cash drops and opening and closing shift responsibilities.
- Create an engaging and energetic environment where all staff works as a team.
- Ability to perform all team member tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years supervisory or management experience in a similar food and beverage environment.
- Passion for locally grown and fresh products
- Self-Starter, flexible and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of current Food and Beverage compliance and regulations including state and federal laws and regulations.
