Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of directing, managing and evaluating the maintenance team in various tasks that can ensure to deliver quality services to clients.
Duties

• Take on the responsibility to maintain services associated with the convention center
• Selecting, training, motivating the staff
• Helping to establish/monitor work performance
• Upholding all relevant federal/state/local building regulations
• Take part in the administration and development of Operation Budget
• Soliciting and reviewing of cost estimates
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Completed 12th grade and vocational training with facility maintenance field speialized training
• 5 years of work related experience in general maintenance/carpentry
• Can work in varying days/hours
• String skills in communication with good reasoning ability
