The position will be in charge of helping to lead client tenant relationships, address issues and resolving problems to deliver top notch experience for promoter/artist.

Duties

• Developing of executing standard operating policies
• Leading of external venue use
• Communicating of event information
• Developing of event programs/procedures/policies
• Effective building and maintaining high level of morale
• Performing routine industry operational reviews
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of event work experience
• Strong work knowledge of CAD
• Can work under pressure
• Strong skills communication

Can work long hours and varying work shifts
