Member Retention Specialist

Job Summary

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly retention and revenue goals while exceeding client expectations in value and service.
• Work home games and season ticket member events, performing various retention and service duties throughout the game, including, but not limited to maintaining a service table and in-seat visits.
• Proactively contact Season Ticket Members who are classified at risk of not renewing.
• Maintain detailed records of all correspondence with season ticket holders, which will consist of outbound and inbound phone calls, game day visits, and interactions at special events.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities from current season ticket holders through up-sells, referrals, and add-ons.
• Assist in the execution of the seat and parking relocation process annually
• Work with the 'new sales' team in ensuring a smooth account transition process from the rep that sells the account to the retention and service team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 2 years of appropriate experience.

• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
• Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Professional image and demeanor.
• Interest and strong ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
• Bilingual a plus
