Job Summary


Core Responsibilities:

  • Leverage multi-departmental resources to guide execution of branded content from ideation through delivery, while identifying opportunities to create cost efficiencies.

  • Work with internal creative stakeholders and business leads to craft a go-to-market strategy and proactive slate of content partnership opportunities, supported by powerful presentation materials.

  • Coordinate with Content Leads to devise and manage a calendar of recurring branded content offerings of varying size and frequency, including specific initiative-based campaigns around annual tentpole events (E3, SDCC, PAX, etc.)

  • Collaborate with key Department Leads (Sales, Content, Product) to conceive innovative Market Firsts that secure new clients and grow existing relationships.

  • Develop and manage relationships with priority partners within the company's existing client portfolio and relevant distribution platforms, and usher new business into the organization.

  • Track and exploit new features and products across platforms to create compelling and unique content-oriented campaigns.

  • Work closely with Content Analytics and Creative Teams to digest user and consumption data, implementing results to develop and optimize new and existing campaigns.

  • Evangelize company’s brand equity and relevance to potential partners, clients and industry figures.

  • Identify, track and develop regular reports defining how to best keep company and brand evolving with rapidly changing business and consumer trends, specifically in the gaming, pop culture and live streaming spaces.

  • Assist with core channel creative development as requested.



Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in content development and branded execution

  • Fully immersed in the worlds of gaming, esports, entertainment, and pop culture

  • Proven track record of delivering success via organic content on social, linear, and digital

  • Passion for emerging content trends and technology

  • Expert presentation and communications skills

  • Extraordinary team management capabilities and impeccable communicator of ideas

  • Marketing and business development experience a plus
