Job Summary

The Aviator Sports and Events Center is looking for a Director of Field Operations. The Aviator is a premier sports and recreation complex that includes a 175,000 sq. ft. indoor facility with state-of-the-art ice rinks and a rock-climbing wall.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting with execution of all sports programs.

Must have experience coaching/teaching both youth and adult sports

Communicate, and enforce all athletic rules and regulations for outside leagues.

Manage the set-up, change-over and breakdown of fields for soccer, football, Lacrosse and all outside games.

Ensure all programs are organized and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
