Partner Services Manager

Job Summary

• Be the point of contact for series


• Provide support to Partner Services Team on key accounts


• Be the team leader for social and digital planning to include strategy and goal setting


• Assist with team projects


• Assist with onsite partner activations


• Assist team with administrative duties

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university. 


• 3-4 Years of Experience in partner service or account management. 


• Skills and knowledge:  


• Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress.


• Must be able to travel on an as needed basis to visit accounts and attend IM and RnR events


• Must have a knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 


• Knowledge of Kore is helpful, but training is provided 


• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication


• Ability to build and maintain contacts with potential partners and sponsors


• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations  


• Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines  


• Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision  


• Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems  


• Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers 


• Demonstrate an effective team building mentality
