Job Summary

• Research & development of format concepts from pre-production to delivery of treatments, outlines, decks, sizzles, and live proof-of-concepts


• Generate, develop, cast, and produce format show development concepts


• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agents, producers, directors, talent and network executives.


• Manage all projects and assignments in a timely and complete manner


• Research concepts for new shows and thinking about new content environments


• Pitch “Format” show concepts


• Hear and solicit incoming pitches

• Minimum 5 years of experience


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


• Strong development history and talent for identifying unique relevant material


• Extensive knowledge of video games and gaming entertainment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to be flexible, working late nights and weekends

• Initiative to take on new tasks and responsibilities


• Ability to establish effective relationships internally and externally


• Excels under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment


• Self-motivated, well organized with a strong work ethic


• Ability to negotiate and effectively reach resolution


• Demonstrated collaboration skills
