Job Summary
The position will be in charge of the strategy, implementation and infrastructure that can help manage the growth of the company while attracting and retaining top talent and cultivating diverse culture.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Acquisition and growth and talent
- Defining of talent sourcing strategy
- Refining and executing of the hiring process
- Performing structured resume reviews
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- 7 years of HR/People and Culture experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Results/impact oriented
- Skilled in creative problem solving
