Job Summary
The position will be in charge of logistics execution and helping to plan curriculum and content behind the events of Team Academy.
Duties
- Supporting the coordination, planning, executing of quarterly new employee onboarding program
- Assists on handling improvements to future onboarding training strategy, topics, games, materials
- Training camp collateral creation as required
- Communicating with new employees
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related
- 1 year of event planning experience
- 1 year of administrative support experience
- Can manage confidential information
- Basic IT knowledge
- Strong communication skills
