Job Summary
The position will be in charge of servicing the entire internal staff in any technology needs. He or she will communicate about the internal technology to the entire company.
Duties
- Serving as liaison between the internal support team and the company
- Leading the level 1/2 of Support Team
- Managing of report request queue
- Handling escalation point for issues and report requests
- Managing of project for critical issue fixes
- Organizing of training and guides
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of work related experience
- Strong skills customer service
- Communicator and self motivated
- Team player
- Windows Server/Office 365/Zendesk ticketing experience
