Job Summary

 Job Duties:
- Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects
- Generate sales leads through phone and email outreach
- Generate leads through previous customer network if applicable
- Complete the booking process from reservation, to invoicing, payment and ticket fulfillment
- Respond in a timely manner to calls, inquiries and emails
- Maintain comprehensive records and accounting
- Develop client relationships to ensure long-term patronage
- Manage client-related issues in a calm, professional manner
- Up-sell added-value products
