We are searching for a Client Services Representative to support our client in the Southeastern region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for event, report, and execution creation
- Managing multiple projects
- Assisting various departments such as call centers, web and IVR operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Consulting with users and providing information regarding the ProVenue application
- Performing systems tests, analysis, and configuration to ensure system quality
- Reviewing and sharing details of product enhancements
- Participating in initial training and ongoing support for box office, accounting staff, and management
- Providing client support while events are on sale and during performance times
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with box office and ticketing software
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and UNIX
