Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of the administration and coordination of payroll and benefits initiatives.

 

Duties:

  • Preparing, verifying and completing of payroll in bi-weekly set up
  • Processing of payroll reports as needed
  • Processing of 401K transmission to provider
  • Reviewing of employee time clocks
  • Processing of all new hire and employee change
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Computer literate with MS Windows working knowledge
  • Excel knowledge
  • 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits
  • ADP experience
  • Can perform accurate and prompt data entry
