Job Summary
Duties
- Assist the IT Project Manager in set-up, testing, training, and client support for US Open Systems (i.e. Credentials, Meal Allowance, gift cards, and Access Control)
- Install and configure software on PCs, Handheld Scanners, POS Terminals, and Verifones
- Responsible for deploying hardware
- Responsible for testing systems following provided Test Plans
- Responsible for training clients in the use of systems and troubleshooting systems
Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to explain solutions to individuals
- Must have knowledge of computer systems
- Must be able to work effectively as a team member within a fast paced environment
- Must be highly organized and be able to appropriately handle confidential information
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be knowledgeable of basic computer hardware and software (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite & Windows)
- Knowledge of networking computers (a plus, but not necessary)
